Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
